补料时间很重要，2010年3月15日前补料的基本打分了（除了一些特殊情况）。我是08年1月的，10年2月24日S2,3月2日补料。　发邮件问了，SELECTION　DECISION　WAS　MADE。

没查CAIPS,但3月23日大使馆给我回复:'Your application has passed the initial assessment stage and you are not qualified for a refund of the processing fees if you wish to withdraw your application now.'
