The ideal candidate should have fluent English (oral and written), have more than 3 years working experience in a foreign invested company, and have a degree in computer science/ business/ accounting/ finance /math or other related field. I only have an associate degree(three-year) but with more than 3 years working experience as an accoutant in foreign company. it would be okay?
