The vehicle is used for typical day to day uses as described above. 003 通勤
The vehicle is used to commute to or from, or part way to or from, work or school, a distance not exceeding 15 kilometers one way. In addition, the vehicle may be used not over six (6) days in a calendar month for driving to work or school a distance in excess of 15 kilometers or business or delivery use. If used as a delivery vehicle then the vehicle must weigh 5,000 kilograms gross vehicle weight (GVW) or less.

001 休闲 指汽车不能用作上下班，一个月使用不超过六天
003 通勤 指汽车可以用作15公里内的上下班，一个月使用不超过六天超出15公里的通勤。

请问这样理解对吗？ 还有后面的5000公斤是指车辆运货总重量不超过5吨是吗？

和我的理解是一样的，谢谢。 楼上你写错了类别了，不是002，是003。
002是指可以每天通勤超过15KM
