11月7日,收到中介转来的PEI的信,说让提交一封信(Please supply us with the legal opinion letter stating that this application meets the CIC Regulations and IRPA 87),并让交押金Escrow,意思是满足上述条件后就可以签发省提名证书了。其实PEI的邮件11月5日就发出来了,中介估计忙,没有及时查收邮件。
I need to leave Canada and I do not have a PR card. Can I later return to Canada without a PR card?
We do not mail permanent resident cards (PR cards) to addresses outside Canada. Please choose the option below that describes your case. If your card has been lost, stolen or destroyed, you need to tell CIC. You may also need a passport to re-enter Canada. Please see the Canadian Border Services Agency website for what documents you will need at the border. If you plan to return in a commercial vehicle, like a plane or bus
If you plan to return to Canada in a commercial vehicle — such as a plane, train, boat or bus — you must apply for a travel document at a visa office outside Canada before you return to Canada. You should also check with the commercial operator (for example, the airline or bus company you will be using) to see what documents they need. If you return in a private vehicle, like your own car
If you return to Canada in a private vehicle, such as your own car, you do not need a permanent resident card. You can use your Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688) instead.
You would have been given these documents:
If you applied from overseas: at the same time as your visa
If you applied from within Canada: when you landed at your local visa office
An officer will ask you questions to make sure you meet all of the residency requirements before they allow you to come back to Canada. When you return to Canada, apply for a PR card if you plan to travel outside Canada again.

How do I validate a Confirmation of Permanent Residence or immigration document in Canada?
These instructions only apply to people who are in Canada or are exempt from needing a temporary resident visa.
To validate a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) or an immigration document in Canada, you can either:
• bring your COPR or immigration document to an officer at a land border, or
• go to an appointment at a local CIC office with your family members, if we ask you to.
In either case, you will have to show the officer:
• your passport, travel or identity document (including your visa counterfoil [IMM 1346], if you have one), and
• your COPR, immigration document, letter of introduction or any instructions from the Canadian visa office, and
• your proof of legal status in Canada, such as a valid work permit, study permit, temporary resident permit, or visitor document, or any immigration document you have (whether valid or not), and
• proof of implied status (if you applied to extend your stay before it ended). Proof of this status may include: o payment receipt, o copy of your application to extend your stay, o printout of online application, or o proof of mailing.
To find the land border closest to you, see the Canada Border Service Agency website or a list of local CIC offices. You can also leave Canada and validate your document at the airport or land border when you return.
