像这种情况不应该去取VISA,必须先通知使馆，取签信上写着的。否则以后办团聚就困难了。使馆通常会给新生小孩发ME表，体检通过再重新发全家VISA,若体检通不过，全家的VISA可能被取消。除非新生小孩永远不移民，否则还是不要冒险隐瞒。

you must report to this office in writing any changes in your travel documents, family configuration and marrital status before collecting your visa(s). This includes all births, deaths, marriages, divorces, new custody rrangements and adoptions involving you and/or your dependents. Should you not do so, a document-replacement or other approprite fee will be required. In any case, do not attempt to pick up your visa(s) with this pick-up letter as it will be deemed invalid. When your visa(s) is/are ready again after the changes have been made, a new visa pick-up letter will be issued;
