此次更新至10月5日，距离上次7日（整一周），总计增加107，相较上次更新增速略缓，但相比一个月之前每周增加200+而言下降约一半。实际总额应该是2104（估计CIO更新总数计算有偏差，这个问题已经多次发生，习以为常）。
2147没有悬念，新增10人满额，总排行继1112和2174之后排第三位，之后分别是
0211（新增21，总数238），
2132（新增11，总数180），
3142（新增11，总数154），
2131（新增19，总数151）。

分析一下这满额的职业里面多了这一条。意思是拿到JOB OFFER 还是可以申请的，即使是在满额的NOC 下面。对吗？但是这个JOB OFFER 是否是还要经过什么机构认证，还是雇主随便开出一个证明就可以了呢？
