魁省驾照可以在生日前3个月之内 RENEW.
提前3个月以上，分2种情况，这里有详细解答：
1. If your picture will still be valid (look at expiry date on licence) :
The applicant must submit a written request and must include the following elements:
his name;
date of birth;
license number;
a valid address in Québec;
a foreign address;
a phone number where he can be reached abroad;
the applicant's signature.

2. If your picture will expire when you will be away :
1. indicate that you are requesting a renewal of your driver’s
licence;
2. your name, date of birth and driver’s licence number;
3. your home address in Québec and your address abroad:
4. the reason and length of your stay abroad;
5. proof from your employer, educational institution or another document justifying your temporary leave of absence from Québec, except if you are vacationing abroad.
6. a telephone number where you can be reached or the telephone number of a respondent in Québec;
7. your signature;
8. indicate if you would like express messaging. Where this is the case, indicate a valid credit card number and its expiration date (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), and your telephone number abroad.
The request must be forwarded to the SAAQ using one of the following methods

Along with the request, please enclose a cheque in Canadian funds or a postal money order that can be redeemed at no cost in Québec, made payable to the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec. The bank must have a place of business in Canada.
We must have received your payment (by mail) before we can send you a driver’s licence without a picture and signature. The payment alone is not sufficient since your picture is no longer valid. A new permit must be issued therefore it will not be possible for you to ask a respondent to go to a point of service of the SAAQ to renew your licence. You or your respondent will have to send us a cheque (on which will be written the file number of your driver's licence) and a note indicating that the request for a plastic-coated licence without the picture is being made from outside Québec).
A charge of 6,40$ is required to issue the card.
