亲们，我刚收到arrival2，但信里内容很困惑，没说要护照，可是说要一个带地址的信封，45天内寄回去。这是怎么回事，是不是因为我人在国外，或者我的材料出问题了，寄回来，或者他们忘了写要护照了。。。。
如果寄送带地址的信封的话，我明年1月，2月，3月都在国内父母家住，是不是就给国内的信封就行啦？
