哪些表格需要填父亲一份母亲一份？

You can add up to five (5) dependants in this form. (IMM 0008) (PDF, 487 KB)

To add a new dependant to the application, click the “Add Dependant” button, located at the bottom of the page.

To remove a dependant from the application, click the “Remove Dependant” button.

If you have more than five (5) family members, you must complete the Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) (PDF, 471 KB) form for each additional family member in order to include everyone in your application.

今早的工作人员说母亲是父亲的dependent. 如果 不填 IMM0008Dep 那母亲的信息 在哪填？ 难道填 两份 IMM0008?

有个问题想确认一下，
Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking [IMM 1344] 应该是父母各一份吧？
Financial Evaluation for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship [IMM5768] 里面的 8. minimum necessary income 应该怎么填?
Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669] 是填父母的信息还是自己的信息？如果是父母的信息，最上面Client ID/UCI/FOSS ID 应该不用填吧？

IMM 5768 #8 填 2013 移民局公布的 Minimuim Income
IMM5669 是父母的信息， 您现在还没 Client ID/UCI/FOSS ID， Client ID/UCI/FOSS ID 是给移民局用的。

还有一个问题想请教，本人和父母的护照需要公证吗？上面是中英文对照的

1, 父母的护照好像不需要公证： “6. Copy of travel document or passport for the principal applicant and each accompanying dependent”


2, 为什么要您本人的护照？

下面只要一个：
"Photocopy of either your:
◘
Permanent Resident Card (both sides) or, if you were not issued a Permanent Resident Card, your
Record of Landing
(IMM 1000) or
your
Confirmation of Permanent Residence
(IMM 5292 or IMM 5688) or
◘
Canadian Citizenship Certificate or card (both sides), or
◘
Canadian birth certificate, or
If you were born in the province of Quebec, only a birth certificate issue by the
Directeur de l'état civil
is acceptable
◘
Canadian citizenship certificate without photo issued before February 15, 1977, or
◘
Canadian passport (pages showing passport number, date of issue and expiration, photo, name, surname, place and date of birth of holder."
