应该是这样，这些大公司会雇人在torrent里面添加tracker链接，如果你下载这样的torrent，你的IP信息就会被上传到他们的数据库。谁了解他们那个track源IP地址的软件大概反应速度是多快。因为理论上说使用那种P2P的下载的话，在你下载的瞬间就成为源了。就算你下载完毕后关闭了程序，那也至少做了十几分钟或者一小时的源，depending on网速。

唯一的办法能够逃避追踪，就是适用代理和加密软件，使得电视公司那一方无法获得你的真实外网IP。
