1)Exchange Engineer - Montreal
We require an engineering resource for the Unified Communications and Collaboration team in Budapest. The primary products to be supported are Exchange, Lync, OCS and Sentrion (Sendmail) with opportunities to get involved with multimedia technologies in the future.

Role responsibilities
· Handle technical escalations from L3 operations for Lync, OCS, Exchange & Sentrion
· Efficient liaison with the operations team, product management and End user Services Team.
· Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem management for all our supported products.
· Must be able to drive both local and global projects from inception to deployment successfully, according to project timelines dictated by management.

Qualifications& Skills Required
· 3 to 8 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility
· Experience supporting unified communication such as Lync or OCS required
· Microsoft Exchange (Including experience with Active Sync, EWS, Forefront) or Unix
· Messaging such as SendMail/Postfix support and administration are required.
· Scripting skills such as in Powershell and/or Perl.
· Must have excellent organizational and project management skills
· Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
· MCSE certifications for Lync and/or Microsoft Exchange is an advantage


2)Mac OSX Desktop Specialist
The core responsibilities of this position include:
· Engineer OSX related technologies into the firm
· Ensure products meet the necessary security, supportability, performance requirements
· Ensure we meet our users expectations around end user experience
· Create, review, maintain and update documentation
· Dissemination of knowledge amongst peers

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience/knowledge of Apple OSX operating system, management of end user productivity apps, standard associated technologies and third party products. A significant subset of the following skills are desired:
· Deep technical understanding of OSX operating system, v10.9 and up
· Solid capability securing and strengthening configurations options + settings
· Familiar with Profiles, Certificates and configuration management
· Scripting ability highly desired (Shell script, Bash, Automator, etc.)
· A good understanding of how modern browsers Safari and Chrome work both from a desktop and networking perspectives
· Experience in securely deploying and managing large number of Apple OSX endpoints,
· Knowledge of software packaging, DMG and PKG file generation and management tools for Apple OSX devices patch drift management
· Knowledge of common third party tools used to manage/support/report large environments. i.e. Appsense, Splunk, Jamf Software Casper Suite, Puppet, Chef, BigFix, etc,
· Experience of large scale desktop deployment tools and techniques in large distributed organisations, SCCM for example
· Knowledge of common backend Windows Infrastructure i.e. Active Directory/SCCM/GPO
· Strong troubleshooting mind-set / SysAdmin skillsets (i.e. analysing dumps, parsing system and performance logs in OSX /var/logs, remote assistance, etc).
· Some development experience/knowledge, Xcode, Swift
· Ability to write technical and operational management documentation (system design and engineering documents, operational runbooks).
· Experience of working in a global and highly regulated environment
· Apple Desktop/Laptop Hardware/Software enthusiast; iMac, MacBook, Mac Mini, Mac Pro, OSX Maverick and Yosemite
