Full Time - Office Admin / Accounting Assistant

Well established private label development and contract packaging business located in Richmond is looking for an Office Admin / Accounting Assistant to perform the following tasks:

• Accounts Payable: Matching PO's, Invoices and Packing slips, capture AP information, run cheques, review vendor statements
• Accounts Receivable: Monthly billing, invoices and statements, preparing deposits, collection calls
• Other tasks: Ordering of supplies and issuing PO's, answering phones, speaking with customers and other staff.

Qualifications:
• Relevant accounting education
• Quickbooks experience an asset
• Proficient in MS Word, and Excel
• Previous Office Admin experience an asset
• Excellent English and Chinese (both written and verbal communication skills)
• Reliable, organized, attentive to detail.
• Customer facing skills
