情况是：我是加拿大永久居民身份（枫叶卡），老公不是，老公和孩子目前在国内，孩子是国内出生的，目前只有9个月大。在给孩子办理团聚移民（老公由于一些原因暂时不办理）。
我寄了全部材料，现在被退料，说我的008表格有问题，要求原文：completed and sined Generic Application Form for Canada(IMM0008)validated online with information for the Principal Applicant and all dependents,if applicable,whether accompanying or not.
没闹明白Principal Applicant and all dependents,if applicable,whether accompanying or not.这个概念，像我这种情况，只办理孩子一个人团聚，之前认为孩子作为主申请填写008表就可以，但是被退料了。移民局给我发这句话的意思是我和我老公也要填008表吗？
求办理过或了解这个的朋友们指点下，好想赶快给孩子办过来，太想他了！
