我想我大概知道答案了,所謂的原件"original police clearance certificate"是指由相關單位開出的原始文件(有可能只是中文)而已,所以必須再加上公證文件 "Any documents submitted which are not in English or French must be accompanied by a notarized translation in either English or French" 一起by email递交.如果你申請的原件本身就含中英說明,就不用公證了,只要將原件email递交即可.
