Primary Responsibilities

Central to the this IS Ensuring Timely Accurate Reporting, Forecasting and the Analysis to the allow at Informed Decision Making. The Provide Financial Information to A Wide the Range of OTHER Stakeholders Including Owners, head Office, the Employees, Retailers, Tenants, the Customers and Authorities IS Also Critical.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Overall finance leadership and finance point of contact for Centre Teams
- Preparation of the Static Centre Annual Income and Expenditure Budget and Business Plan in accordance with calendar
- Monthly and quarterly review and re-forecasting of income, expense, capital and Net Operating Income
- Ensure completion of all end of month accounting processes including monthly accruals, journals and balance sheet reconciliations and preparation of fortnightly wages documentation
- Preparation of monthly reports, quarterly reports and annual reports including variance analysis
- Provide strategic accounting advice, as required, to other line managers
- Take a proactive approach to the annual outgoings audit process which includes liaising with external auditors and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Preparation and presentation of reports and forecasts on properties, divisions and company results to various stakeholders, including appropriate variance analysis
Experience, Knowledge; Qualifications required for Position
- 3-5 years finance working experience in a Shopping Centre or commercial property is strongly desirable.
- Accounts Preparation to P & L and Balance Sheet Experience in completing monthly accounts, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Bilingual Mandarin and English.
