Job purpose
An Operations Clerk is an employee who acts as the main link between one or more clients and the rest of the agency.
Primarily responsible for the day-to-day running of one or more clients' orders.
Must understand their clients' needs and objectives and liaise closely with them.
Manage administrative and campaign work and ensure that orders are completed on time.
Job responsibilities
Providing Customer Service.
Maintaining permanent contact with the existing clients (email/phone);
Organizing interaction with the clients - negotiations, receiving orders and listening to the clients wishes, calculating the total cost of the services (with or without any available discounts), providing the clients with feedback by timely sending them up-to-date invoices and contracts for the services.
Working as Part of a Team.
Activities inside the company - interaction with other division, managing the internal documents flow, working with the companys database.
Required skills: You do not need particular qualifications to become an Operations Clerk. However, the following key skills are welcome:
Commercial awareness;
Good written and verbal communication skills;
Confidence;
Good teamworking skills;
Effective organisational abilities;
etc.
Salary: Salary from 35k to 45k annualy + bonuses for each order.
