估计降不到30%,我是说成交价普降。如果真普跌30%，马上就有新的浪潮盖过来。我看的是西温，北温，Richmond， Burnaby，比较贵的房子，但300万以下的。
以前也是中国人炒作的热点。
现在没人买了。
其实，新政前已经都卖不出去了，看看好多房子都是挂了3个月还没卖出去。
这说明现在大家的期望已经变了，觉得没的涨了，要跌了，没人入市了。
投机者也觉的风向不对了，赶紧把房子挂出来卖，免得被套。
这就造成了需求减少，库存增加。
如果再这样持续一阵子，价格还得降，直到降到等待入市的人觉得差不多了，风险小了，才会有些需求。但怎么着也得降个30%，回到去年的水平。
几百万的房地产市场跟本地工薪族有屁的关系啊，按照温哥华的工资，中产家庭差不多一百万房子到顶了。哭的是投机者和经纪，本地老百姓老老实实上班买自住房子的，就是跌，损失也不大。LZ这长篇大论的，最后一句话，回到去年水平，得看哭多少工薪族啊
还没卖掉20，30万的往下降，十个点的降幅。
10万的降幅就不用说了，排不上号。
现在不用抢offer了，中国土豪可以上了，还在乎15%吗？
可惜没人上了，降了这么多，还卖不出去。
