新房客搬进公寓的时候应该会签form K,里面应该要求房客遵守bylaw(当然你要发bylaw给他看)。如果你能证明你做过这些,那么你说他能不能用visitor parking不重要吧。

看了一下合同貌似没有遵守bylaw 这一项,bylaw也没看,当时也没顾这么多了~
BUT....无意中看到合同里有这么一项貌似对房东有利,是不是说如果是碰到由于房客的疏忽而造成的罚款,纠纷或违规,房东可以免责?
”63. The Tenant will indemnify and save the Landlord, and the owner of the Property where different from the Landlord, harmless from all
liabilities, fines, suits, claims, demands and actions of any kind or nature for which the Landlord will or may become liable or suffer by
reason of any breach, violation or non-performance by the Tenant or by any person for whom the Tenant is responsible, of any covenant,
term, or provisions hereof or by reason of any act, neglect or default on the part of the Tenant or other person for whom the Tenant is
responsible. Such indemnification in respect of any such breach, violation or non-performance, damage to property, injury or death
occurring during the term of the Lease will survive the termination of the Lease, notwithstanding anything in this Lease to the contrary. ”
所以目前的情况是,虽然房客不能停访客车位这个规定对我不利,但一码归一码,造成拖车的直接原因应该是不挂车牌(房客的疏忽),挂了permit车就不会被拖,车不拖就不会有这个纠纷,所以目前的焦点应该是拖车原因,如果是因为不挂permit而被拖走(小学生都应该猜得出就是这个原因),我是不是就赢了?
