大家好，我是加拿大公民，今年1月结婚，3月发现怀孕了，现在准备给老公申请团聚移民，有几个问题需要请教大家：

1. 老公的加拿大旅游签12月底到期，如果那个时候他的移民还没批下来，他还可以继续合法呆在加拿大境内吗？
2.我怀孕是否会增快他的申请？
3. 我们现在住在我爸妈家，在living together 中提到的租房合同等证明文件我们都没有，这样的情况下如何处理比较妥当呢？

1. 你可递交团聚申请时同时申请工签，见下CIC网上的说明：
If you have not submitted your sponsorship application:

• Put the sponsorship, permanent residence and open work permit applications into one envelope.
• You must also include:
  • all supporting documents for all applications, and
  • proof of payment, for all applications.
• Send the envelope to the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga (CPC-M), Ontario.

2. 现在都是一年的处理时间，怀孕只是一个证明婚姻真实性的重要证据，并不能加快处理时间；
3. 你们可以用你们同一地址的信封、驾照或别的写有同一地址的证据，话说你们有结婚证书了，还要其它共同居住的证明？

不清楚楼主在递交的加拿大境内申请还是加拿大境外申请，如果你是在加拿大境内申请的移民的话，那么你的老公是可以申请工作签证的，如果是境外签证的话，我就不太清楚了。先问清楚比较好一些。另外，你可以帮他申请旅行签证延期。

请问办理身份期间我老公可以去考加拿大驾照吗？他现在有中国和美国驾照

带上photo ID 和旅游签证或工签应该就可以。
