请问更新枫叶卡的时候，护照复印件也需要做这个certified true copies吗？是不是就是说所有复印件需要公证？看的不太明白，请知道的朋友指点一下。先谢谢啦！

根据移民局填表指南上的要求，需要做护照全本复印及翻译公证。全本复印公证必须由律师lawyer、公证人notary public、见证人oath commissioner之一完成，如果翻译人员不是省翻译协会的认证会员certified member还必须在律师lawyer、公证人notary public、见证人oath commissioner面前签署宣誓书。护照全本复印及翻译公证的市价是每本$50+税，如果你在温哥华地区的话，可以找我。。。。。。

是不是只需要翻译有中国海关出入境章的那几页？其他页都是有英文的，除非还有其他非英法语言国家的签章。

你自己看，如果你住的日子很紧，那你就尽量按照他们的要求来。
如果你根本就没离开过加拿大几天，把护照复印下交上去就行了。中国的出入境章上都有英文的。不需要翻译。
我2013年换卡的时候要求比现在还严格，我也就复印了下交上去，2个多星期就通过了。前提是我五年全部加起来也就离开2-3个月。
如果你只住了2年零几个月，那就老老实实去去做翻译认证再交上去。

我刚换的，不需要公证。不过我这期间只离开过加拿大3个月。

One (1) main identity document

Translation of documents
You must send the following for any document that is not in English or French:

• the English or French translation; and
• an affidavit from the person who completed the translation (see below for details); and

Certified true copies
To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must (as described below) compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:

• “I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”,
• the name of the original document,
• the date of the certification,
• his or her name,
• his or her official position or title, and
• his or her signature.

Who can certify copies?
