$14 - $16 an hour - Part-time
We are a growing Distributor / Importer company looking for
Part-Time Chinese Speaking Sales Representative to manage sales,merchandising and marketing activities at the stores in and around the greater Montreal,Laval and South Shore areas.
The role of Sales Representative is performing sales and merchandising activities across and existing customer base as directed by sales manager.
This role should provide in store sales and also merchandising activity in each outlet thought the effective and innovative placement of point of sale and promotional material and the building of eye-catching product displays for each account to ensure all company products receive maximum exposure.
Responsibilities
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Presents, promotes and sells our products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily customer visit reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analysis.
Achieves agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Assembles / sets-up store fixtures and displays efficiently and accurately for displaying merchandise properly at the stores.
Communicates well with store personnel to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence and build an effective working relationship.
Qualifications
High school or Bachelor´s degree. (University level education preferred).
Minimum 3 years Sales experience is must, merchandiser experience will be an asset.
Chinese speaking is must.Comfortable speaking in both French & English.
Able to lift boxes up to 15 pounds, bend, lift and stand for short durations.
Previous working experience within one of the following market is must: Major Retailer Stores, Depanneurs, Grocery or Dollar Stores ,Pharmacies or Gas Stations
Employment history in one of the following company will be an asset: Ferrero, Mars, Nestle, Hershey's , Wrigley or Mondelez International.
Possess a valid driver’s license and own a car .
