apply to the Traffic Diversion Program through the Wyoming County District Attorney’s Office. More information can be found on
www.wyomingco.net . You would need to apply to that program, pay an application fee, and complete a Defensive Driving Course. Once completed, the District Attorney would then notify this court that the Traffic Diversion Program has been completed and ask that we dismiss the charges.
