We are warming up with head, shoulders knees and toes song. We focusing on our arms today. We are walking like a crab on tape, and then pretending we are bear walking in the jungle. We are walking inch worm between the pylons on the floor. We are trying to toss the balls into the bins. To cool down we are stretching our bodies and arms while we are counting to ten.

My Meals ... (Fresh Fruits & Milk are Served with Every Meal)
Breakfast: Yogurt with Fresh Blueberries and Cheerios (Came Late). Lunch: Cream of Broccoli soup with Orzo and Garlic bread (I Had Seconds). I had 1 cup of milk. I had 1 cup of water. Snack 1: White Bean and Red Pepper dip with Crackers (). Snack 2: Cucumbers and Baby Carrots (I Ate Well). I had 1 cup of water.

昨天我们三个都感觉很差。不过我们两个大人只是感冒没有发烧。宝宝咳嗽发烧。我给她灌了药、抗生素。然后把姜茶包泡好和奶粉混在一起给宝宝喝。宝宝咳嗽好些了烧也退了。上次发烧是病毒性的不是感冒引起的,我用药以外还用了elderberry for kids婴儿抗病毒果浆。这个果酱非常的凉,上次特别管用一下就退烧了,这次不管用反而加重了,因为这次是感冒引起的。用elderberry果酱太凉了。病毒性的吧,就不能用生姜,但是感冒着凉引起的吧,用点生姜可以减轻她的咳嗽。我自己喝了点生姜汤,还有鸡汤,外加cranberry juice 感觉好点了,四肢没有酸痛了。
