This Offer is open to existing Clients who refer their friends to "Tangerine" (hereinafter "Tangerine", "us", "our" and "we" will include both Tangerine and Tangerine Investment Funds Limited).
Your referral must provide your Orange Key during the Account opening process and complete all necessary requirements for opening an Account with us in order for you and your referral to be eligible for any Bonus payment. Existing Clients of Tangerine cannot be referred by you. This program may be suspended, modified or withdrawn at any time without notice, and may not be combined with other discounts, offers or promotions. This Offer is only available to Canadian residents. Tangerine reserves the right to suspend or ban anyone it determines, in its sole discretion, to have been abusing, violating or otherwise tampering with this program, or whose Account(s) were not in good standing at the time a referral is presented. Subject to these Terms, Tangerine may revoke, reverse, adjust or otherwise modify any referral Bonus issued or Bonus payment made under this program, including for failure of you or your referral to comply with any requirement or policy of Tangerine.
By using this service, whether as a referrer or referral, you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Any notice offered by us with respect to this program is deemed to be provided on the day it is posted on our website.
