计划申请探亲签证延期一年，covid19下怎么体检？

已经延期一次了，拿到了visitor record6个月的延期。
最近仔细看，才发现没有注意，要求30天内体检的，没有去体检，因为看网上要求体检，正打算准备，结果第二天发现visa application 是批准，就没有去，online approval.

现在才发现寄来的visitor record纸上还是要求30天内体检

关键是现在常规体检已经不能预约了吧？卡尔加里疫情那么严重。

签证是10年有效的。

1. 疫情下能否申请延期一年？不想让老人这么特殊的情况下20个小时国际长途回国。风险太大了！
2. 会不会还要体检？现在老人不敢出门，毕竟感染风险太高。

有没有知情的朋友指点一下！！！谢谢！

我父母是19年10月底入境的，我在20年4月初的时候申请延期，他们之前没录过指纹，申请之后没两天就通知去录指纹（要求30内体检），紧接着又收到邮件通知说指纹残疾中心关门，90天内提交指纹就行。

我刚去CIC网站查了一下，都是说

Office is closed for biometrics collection

，这签证中心不开门，我们能咋办。。先等到90天再说？

查了一下移民部网站的更新：
If the site closest to you is closed, we’ll automatically extend your deadline to give your biometrics.

You don’t have to give your biometrics until the sites reopen. This applies to you, even if your biometrics instruction letter (BIL) says you have 30 or 90 days.

You don’t have to contact us for this extension, and you don’t need a new BIL to make another appointment when sites reopen. Bring your original BIL to your new appointment to show proof of payment.

Your application won’t be refused or closed if you can’t give your biometrics due to COVID-19 closures

应该是如果签证中心继续关闭咱们的申请可以自动延期直到那边重新恢复开放现在也只能等了

请问延期最长可以延期多久？我今年2月申请的延期，今天收到visitor record 没让体检，但是让7月10号离境，这几乎不可能，因为还不知飞机啥时候复飞呢，想再次申请延期，请问最长可以申请多久？也是不想让老人疫情期间回国隔离什么的太麻烦。

其实你们录不了指纹是好事，是签证中心在拖不是你，更有利于在这边居住时间更长一点。我就是当时不巧，在关门前最后一天把指纹录了。

咱俩情况基本一样，我在蒙特利尔。我是4月初给我爸妈申请的延期。也是要求90天内提交指纹。今天已经超过90天了。。录指纹的地方好像还是没开门，也没收到任何邮件通知。。

因为我当时收到了邮件通知说延期90天，我猜他们再开门的时候应该还会有邮件通知吧？我现在就每周看看签证中心开没开。。我们可能就只能等吧？?

我也在移民局网站看到了，没延期的滞留到12/31都算合法。我老老实实申请延期两次了，也就没太关注这事儿。
