今天收到加航的邮件：

“We’re contacting you today because you had a cancelled flight with Air Canada in which you converted the remaining value into an Air Canada Travel Voucher.

As you may have heard, Air Canada is now issuing refunds for all tickets with travel dates on or after February 1, 2020 and purchased before April 13, 2021 for flights cancelled either by Air Canada or by you for any reason.

If you prefer a refund to your original form of payment for your cancelled flight, we kindly ask that you submit a request or click the button below.

If you’ve already requested a refund or if you would like to keep your Air Canada Travel Voucher you don’t need to do anything else.

If your flight was cancelled before April 13, 2021, please make sure to request your refund before June 12, 2021, in order for your refund to be processed to the original form of payment.

Thank you for choosing Air Canada and we look forward to welcoming you on board whenever you’re ready to fly again."

加航在去年7月份只能把取消的机票换成Air Canada Travel Voucher，我在7月时换了。现在即然很退钱，当然要求退钱了。我买的机票是在加航网站上买的。

我和你情况一样，点了提交退钱了，然后voucher就作废了，钱估计要再过4-5个月才到账

我去年7月份提交的voucher，9月才收到。

按照加航的第二封邮件的说法是：“Refund requests are being prioritized by flight date.” 这次大概也是如此。

我当时买的是refundable fare, 所以自己主动不要credit,付了三百加币服务费一张，退了剩下的钱。不知道我这种情况有没有补偿，不过我没收到过邮件。

我看了加航网站，我这种没进一步补偿，真不公平，不知会不会有人抗议。

我当时换的是积分，新闻说也可以退钱。正在纠结要钱还是要积分~

我跟你一样，我觉得大概率不可能有补偿，我现在除非逼不得已回国或长途旅行不会再坐加航飞机，太坑。

没办法，我们在加拿大，加航航线方便。我们当时买贵一档，不就是以防万一吗。好在我的酒店全部退到了。

加航办事太给力了！听新闻上说可以退机票钱喽，我就试着找出当时的订单与加航联系，前后几分钟就搞定了。随后邮件通知直接退到信用卡里查收。

它是按飞机起飞时间给退的啊，前两天看才处理到去年2月16号的，几天都没动，我的机票是6月份的

我刚上网查了，说收到邮件后，要求退钱，最少需要7天。

我是4月30日申请的。

5月17日收到加航的邮件：

Dear valued customer,

We’re pleased to let you know that your refund has now been processed back to your original form of payment. Please allow one or two billing cycles for this transaction to appear on your credit card statement。

今天上网查看，退款已收到。

我是4月30日申请的，退款的机票是去年5月7日的。

通过中介买的加航机票也成功退款了
