Albert过来的车，符合一定条件是 可以免检的， 比如: 4年以内新车，车子一直在你名下，你现在正式移居BC, 等等...
可以早点换BC驾照，再上牌买保险。 否则，外地驾照的保险费会比较贵。谢谢你的热心回复，我查了一下，条件很多，我的车是2018年以前的，肯定得做了
