两周之前发现的，给Strata Manager发信之后他说会给楼上发Bylaw Letter, 但是情况没有好转。
下面是今天我给Strata manager发的信和我录制的现场视频。我不得不当面质问楼上的人 in the middle of her action。
Dear Mr. XXX and members of the Strata Council of XXXXX,
I hope this email finds you well.
This is the third time I am reaching out to you about water streaming into my balcony from unit XXX above us.
Today I had to confront the resident of unit XXX in the middle of her action and ask her to stop the water streaming into our balcony from her balcony. From the attached video, you can see the amount of water streaming into our balcony is alarming. You can see she was doing it intentionally and on purpose.
Apparently your bylaw letter had made no impact on the situation. This situation is NOT acceptable and must stop.
Please advise what will be the next step in the due process.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.

给物业写信投诉。我写了第三封邮件四十八小时过去了尚无回复，今天下午又发邮件催问了。看明天是否有回复。

我从来不是自己去说，都是通过Syndicate去与楼上交涉的。Syndicate回复的倒是快，已经通知并且告知楼上，但是楼上继续我行我素。

住公寓遇到毫不在乎的邻居就是这样糟心。我以前认识一个，被邻居投诉以后不悔改，去堵人家锁眼，还振振有词。

今天傍晚楼上又在滴水，不仅滴到我家阳台扶手上，而且滴到我家楼下阳台扶手上。我拍了照片，同时又给Strata manager 写信询问并附上今天的照片。

不知道BC怎么规定，我们省阳台属于Common area, 只是给你个人使用而已，所有权并不归你个人拥有的。如果楼上漏水只是滴在你阳台上，并没有进入你单元内，没有造成你的财务损失，你又有什么可以提告的呢？

这边阳台的设计就是这样，阳台上没有下水道，四边不封闭，让积水可以顺着边缘留下去。你可以提醒一下楼上，但也没必要为那么小的事情上法院。

虽然不养花，但也听说过浇花一定要浇透，浇漏。LZ说楼上是成心故意显然是误判了，我看的录像是楼上被LZ抗议后赶紧用抹布擦干地面，很明显楼上不是成心使坏。
两家的矛盾是：一个养花很重要，一个凉台不能滴水，都不愿意让步。
个人意见：感觉水也是清水，就当下了点小雨，没必要太较劲
如果水很脏，当然要抗议

一般养花的在花盆下边放一个托盘就解决漏水问题了，楼主要是实在受不来拿个托盘送给他。我楼上也是久不久在阳台漏点水下来，他要是天天漏我也要找管理员了，他是十天半个月的来一次，也不知道是不是养花，还在观望中。搞得阳台都不太敢去了，现在又有新冠怕有什么病毒传染，比较讨厌的

楼上滴水虽然让不喜欢的人不舒服，但看视频楼上应该不是故意的，也貌似很快就做出了补救措施（虽然作用楼主不大满意），所以真的没必要太强硬，搞好邻里关系很重要。楼上说送托盘这主意挺好的。

“I understand your frustration. We have already issues a bylaw letter and another is currently being prepared.For any bylaw complaints, please always indicate date and time of the incident.”

但是我感觉发bylaw letter 因该没有用，您第一封没用，为何重复没用的动作下次就会有用呢？
