使用e-transfer遇到了麻烦

我用peoples trust 接收一笔e-transfer, 完成了回答问题后,得到错误:The To Account is restricted from this feature. Please contact your financial institutio (code 114)
打电话询问,得知peoples trust本身就没有收e-transfer的feature。

然后我又用bmo来收,得到错误消息:
You've already attempted to deposit your e-Transfer at another financial institution or using another debit card. You'll need to sign in to the right place or to BMO with the right credentials to complete this e-Transfer.

这情况我该咋办?

没办法,应该是发款方设置错了,只能再发。

发款方如果当天撤回,可免罚款,否则会有几块钱罚款。

今天跟银行几通电话下来,弄清楚是这样,peoples trust不能接受e-transfer,但是他们的系统可以一步一步走到最后才告诉你做不了。但是你已经回答了question,相当于被锁定了,不能再在其他银行收款了。

最后只有在peoples trust上再走一遍,但是要选拒绝接收,然后让对方再transfer一次。
