以及之前贴出来的温哥华的，都是说限制停车3个小时 在每天的早7点到晚上7点，
意思是过夜停车是允许的，你可以说三天，但是没有三夜的问题，因为法律不规定晚上的限制。

• Within 300 metres of previous parking space within one hour
• Within nine metres of an intersection
• Within three metres of a fire hydrant
• On a roadway which is six metres or less in width

• Outside of the specific area designated by markings for a parking meter space

• Between the hours of 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. between November 15 and April 1, when the City forecasts accumulated snowfall of seven centimetres or more
• Overnight on the roadway, if the vehicle is in excess of six and one half meters in length

Section 17.6 (f): Between 8:00am and 6:00pm every day, do not park your vehicle for more than 3 hours in front of residential or commercial properties that you do not own or work at.

楼主提到的卖车在多伦多的政府网站确实明确规定了，卖车是不可以的。

贴出来主要是大家光说不行，但是没有贴出来具体法规而且加拿大每个城市都不一样！

至少我看到如果楼主在多伦多市可以打电话报警的

我家门前是公共马路没有错，但这也不应该是卖车的地方吧？每天都有很多人停车在这，这是第一次有人把车停在这售卖，晚上也没有开走，这是商业目的，在公共马路上卖车，这是合法的吗？这车一直停在这吧，市政的清扫车都没有办法清扫了，这几天狂风，一堆垃圾和树叶都堵在那，真伤脑筋。

去年夏天，我们把家里的旧车在屋前的公共道路上差不多停了整整2个月，没有收到罚单，也没有被拖走，难道是运气？
一直以为夏天在公共道路上停没问题的啊。
