人走的道walk path way和马路之间的水泥地能停车么？

私人住宅从车库出去上马路，要经过walk path，再到马路中间是有点地方的。

一般来说是可以横着停辆车的。

我的问题是，在房东允许下，晚上能否停那个地方！（而不被罚）

不明白你说的位置。人走的路到车库，这个是可以停的，不能挡住人走的路，再往外，不能停。

人行道和公路之间的水泥路，和driveway一样，是属于私人的，如果房主人同意，你当然能停，往往因为路不够长，车只能横着停。

Every body is in the same house and if anybody needs to go out just ask me.
Moreover, I get agreement from all of the residents of the house in advance.
