Why did you file your case in Milton court in the first place?

Because BDC (Bank) made a lawsuit against me in Milton. I had to respond that and made my statement of defence there. I did there for two things, only for convenience.

现在两个。一个是银行起诉我，因为公司停止运作还不起贷款了。再有就是我起诉万锦了。欠银行的贷款是诽谤引起。

Why did DBC file its case in Milton? When did it file it? How far has the case progressed?

I don't believe you know that if a case was filed in or transfered to a courthouse in Toronto, mediation is mandatory. It will cost you a fair bit of money.

我问过BDC为何那里起诉，他们说律师愿意，没有其他原因，我只能去那里应战。去了一趟发现那里很清净，人少，开车一个小时也到了，存车免费，比去多伦多方便多了。那里是多伦多高等法院的一个分院，也是高等法院。这个时候我正好已经准备好起诉万锦了，就一块那里了。万锦在抗辩书中抗议那里起诉，这个事没必要争，去多伦多对我也有很多有利的地方，我就同意可以转地方。我在reply第48段回答了被告。万锦律师说, 可以用motion in writing, 他们负责操作，我就交给他们了。过了一个星期了，还没动静，我上午刚去邮件催。
以前有过mediation，好像花了3百多块钱吧。
BDC起诉我没有什么可说的，贷款了，还剩4万多块钱没还，法院已经判决要还。我的理由就是打完这个官司，因为贷款明确用于这个合同，用赔偿还。如果催我急了，我只能宣布公司倒闭了。我是合同停止后，又还了一年半贷款，最后实在没钱还了才停止还款的。之前总以为官司能讲和，所以公司还留有员工，各项费用照样支付，两年这些费用加起来很多，现在已经山穷水尽了。

BDC 律师名字有。但Judge没注意。有个签字，很难认。

我在“我的起诉书”中曾经说，即时审判的判决法官没有错误，要表达的意思是说法官被被告律师欺骗了，我又没做好相应的辩护。所以，这里我给的红色“Error”标记，主要是指法官被蒙蔽后的错误理解（法官当然是公正的法官了）。但红色“Lie” 的标记都是被告律师货真实价的谎言。
