最新通报，我以前是fido计划带手机，还有2个月结束合约，换fizz之前给fido打电话，看看能不能给个优惠的套餐，说了半天fido只能给35刀2G流量加拿大任意打的计划，一气之下立即换成fizz。隔天fido打来电话说希望我回去fido，给我一个好的价格，早TM干嘛去了，被我拒绝。今天收到fido最后一个账单，只需支付最后手机余款不到20刀，没有其他费用。
用了一个多星期fizz，一点问题没有，非常好。

因为没有实体店，也没有即时的客服。如果您有问题，可能需要1至5天才能得到答复。通常大概 2 到 3 个工作日。
Both companies use "internet support", whenever u have problem, u file a ticket with all details, then wait for their email reply. Although Fizz provide Facebook and Chat, most time people cannot reach them right away. I was lucky to catch Fizz Chat bubble 2 times, waited in front of computer 2.5 hours both times.

Fizz 和 Public Mobile 不适合商业用途 => This is my polite way to say that the 2 companies may not be 100% reliable. Anyone curious about possible problem(s) with the 2 companies can signup/check their communities to see what r the questions/problems and answers.
For Public Mobile, we often see people screaming about failures to port-in their # and initial problems. Hence, it is suggested to better get a temporary#, test the service, then port# online yourself. This will also avoid out of service when u r between new/old companies.
Although Fizz is managed by ex-Videotron employees, they r building everything from ground 0. There r still bugs, big and small. There were 2 or 3 outage few weeks ago, no idea if it will repeat. In the long run, Fizz will be a good n reliable company, may be not now.
For now, the Introductory/Launch $ of Fizz is quite competitive, other providers are offering promotion or retention$. Switch or stay, take advantage of this opportunity now to lower your bill. No harm in asking your existing company for price match or offer(s).

好像说是到年底 ==> NO. Introductory/Launch price is extended, no exact date yet, Fizz promised to give everyone "enough" time.
If u can, wait a bit, hold onto your SIM card for now. Now holidays, if u have problem with phone/line, will take very long time to get reply.

你给koodo客服打电话问问，我问的fido，说啥都不用做，直接转了。我没有合约。
悲催的是我的huawei honor5没网络，还得去买苹果。: (

2. Go Fizz.ca, order new SIM with credit card. $5+tax, courier delivery in ~2 days. (Referral Code)
3. 如想转号，你必须使用新的SIM卡+计划。因此，最好在开户时做。如果没问题，转号只需几分钟到几个小时。(Referral Code)
4. Plan for few hours to 3 days of out of service(<= this is only if you are unlucky). 我不想吓你，只为万一有问题，我是比较保守的人。

2. Koodo prepaid => no refund. Hence, time your switch to Fizz on last or 2nd last day of your billing cycle.
3. Koodo Postpaid => they will send u a final bill after your phone# is ported out. Pro-rated refund on monthly service charged, + phone tab if any balance. No penalty.
