28 (1) A permanent resident must comply with a residency obligation with respect to every five-year period.

那个边境官是法盲，上庭肯定输。我是注册移民顾问，对说的话负法律责任。。。。。。

如果一定要着急回去的话，建议您1、事先和你本区的国会议员沟通好，取得议员的推荐信；2，同时办好美国签证和电子注册。所有这些预备措施成功后您再回，万一需要您亲自去领枫叶卡的时候可以马上出发，通过陆路进来。但要心里有数，陆路也不是百分百保证的。

所有这些工作，即便是申请旅行文件，都是要耗费大量时间和精力的。还不是百分百一定成功。

我妈妈当时着急回去的心情和你一样的，她是着急回去看望癌症开刀的亲戚。最后虽然成功回来了。，但我ming b所以我很明白其中的周折不易。
