Not only are hospitalizations in B.C. for #COVID19 at their lowest point this month, but people in critical care are at their lowest point since March 27.
The government says the lowered "recovery" number is due to Vancouver Coastal Health reducing their numbers by a decent margin (after first freezing them for eight days) due to changes in how they've defined a recovery. In theory, it should start to rise again soon.
