4月23日妥投的，今天收到退档信，信上这么说的：
see Appendix C or D

You did not complete essential fields in the Use of a Representative form(IMM5476). Please complete the highlighted sections in the from.

You did not indicate the Visa Office requested for the process of your application. Please note: Sydney,NS-CIO is not a valid selection.Please refer to the following website:
www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp

As your application does not meet the requirements of section 10 of the IRPR it is not complete.It describes changes to the eligibility criteria for processing in the federal skilled worker class effective June 26,2010

这样的话，我重递申请的话，除非符合626新政，不然重递也没戏了是吗？

申请材料的填写过程不亚于做一个高要求的项目，需要细致的检查，并且不断地到论坛寻求答案。
