New home site of latest grow-op

CRIME: Two people are arrested after police find 2,000 pot plants in the north London house

• A posh London suburb is the site of the latest large marijuana grow-op bust.

Tuesday, London police and an RCMP drug unit raided 106 Jennifer Gardens, a large new home with two-car garage located in one of London’s newest subdivisions, between Sunningdale and Fanshawe Park roads and Adelaide and Richmond streets.
The home is located around the corner from Jack Chambers elementary school. Officers found two suspects in a nearby 2002 Mazda van.
Inside the home they found what they call a large commercial marijuana grow-op with an electrical bypass set up. They found 2,000 pot plants, worth a potential $2 million on the street.
Police also seized 676 grams of marijuana bud and grow-op equipment.
Hours later, police searched a second home, on Trossacks Ave., just off Fanshawe Park Rd. and east of Adelaide St., where they found $3,000 in cash. Nhu Hung Nguyen, 31, and Nhu Kim Nguyen, 67, both of London, are both charged with possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking, production of marijuana and theft over $5,000.

今年会是中国国际炒房团全线出击的元年，原因大家都知道，国内的限购，通涨。。。

香港，新加坡，澳洲的悉尼，墨尔本，加拿大的温哥华，多伦多这些国人多，又相对容易投资移民的地方一定是首当其冲的。

从投资的角度来说，还是应该投这些热点城市中好的学区。

举个例子吧，伦敦现在的学区房价是多伦多的一半，通胀之下，没错，大家一起涨，但多伦多的肯定是涨的快。我推测，过个三五年，伦敦的价格就只有多伦多的三分之一了。
