Previous housekeeping experience an asset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Physical Aspects of Position:
Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Constant standing and walking throughout shift
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps

三大污染源

沃里纳启用三磷酸腺甘（Adenosine triphosphate，简称ATP)测量装置，测定酒店客房卫生水平。通常ATP指数在300以下，为通过；指数在300至999之间，为“警示区”；超过1000，不合格。

测试结果显示，酒店客房最不卫生的热点是：被子、浴室水龙头和电视遥控器。被子，51个测试中有23个不合格；浴室水龙头，54个测试中16个不合格；遥控器测试中，70％多被评为警告或不合格。

其他主要污染源有床单、浴室水槽、马桶底座和电话。

为何如此之脏？

长期从事酒店清洁工作的鲁伊斯（Brigida Ruiz）表示，酒店职员负担过重是主要原因。鲁伊斯在多伦多Sheraton中心工作了21年，她说，酒店清洁工拥有一长串每间客房的清洁任务列表，但没有足够的时间完成。

加拿大酒店工会试图将酒店清洁人员每班需清洁的房间上限定在15间至16间，每间客房清洁时间约为30分钟。但鲁伊斯认为，按照这一速度，她无法完成列表中的任务。她说：“如果他们想要的是一尘不染，这将花费很多时间。”她说，许多清洁工人无偿加班，以完成工作；但很多人走捷径，不除尘或吸尘。
