地基打那么浅，又没加桩，不是小的bilevel 就是bunglow。 肯定不是two story。

哈哈，我这里不是Regina，土质好，建two story也不需要加桩。
浅是有点，只有64”深。不知道会不会受到frost line的影响。

Have you checked with your inspector? To me, 64'' is too shallow. Hopefully you don't have heave problem in the future.

I have never designed residential buildings in Saskatchewan. For industrial structures, normally we require a minimum depth of 2.8m or so.

Anyway, check with an inspector or a professional engineer specialized in residential buildings.

问了，说是没问题。你知不知道attached的garage的footing需要多深啊？

真不知道。

我对加拿大民用建筑是完全外行。以我结构工程师的标准看，加拿大的所有house地下室都完全不合格，就那么稀稀拉拉几根钢筋，底板还是薄薄的素混凝土，这怎么行？

但人家这么干上百年了，也没啥问题。

所以我对民用建筑只敢提问题，不敢下结论。

我只有Part 4 Structural Design。

不建议买，挺贵的。你其实可以到city和inspector谈的，他们会给你具体指引。

我建的是Acreage，RM of Estevan基本上没啥要求。。。
