In order to succeed as the Warehouse Associate, applicants need to posses the following attributes, skills and experience:
- Must have forklift and warehouse experience.
- Must be detail oriented, organized and orderly.
- Must have a valid Drivers license.
- Must be self motivated and able to work independently.
- Technical and mechanical aptitude is a strong asset.
- Physically able to lift and move materials of up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to operate standard transmission vehicles.
Daily duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Shipping and Receiving:
Associate will be responsible for organizing carriers for pick up and delivery, ensuring paperwork and waybills are organized and signed as required, and responsible for the loading and unloading of all trucks. Associate will also be required to perform local delivers with the company vehicle as needed.
Picking Orders:
Warehouse Associate will be responsible for picking and making up all orders to be shipped both manually and via forklift. Associate will need to be able to prioritize orders and stage orders for shipping once complete.
Warehouse Organization and Housekeeping:
Warehouse Associate will be responsible for maintaining the level of organization of the entire warehouse. Duties will include sorting and placing materials on racks and shelves as received, ensuring staging/shipping area is organized and orderly, cleaning and preparing equipment for show/sale, and routine cleaning of the warehouse.
A fair market salary will be offered to right applicant along with a full benefits package and positive work environment.
