我今天好好研究了一下配偶的申请费用表格，一研究发现很多我不理解的地方，涉及以下几种费用，不知道到底该选哪些了：
1，Right of permanent residence fee:$490，这个费用我认为应该不是我们该交付的，因为里面已经非常明确的指出了，这个费用是为那些：
a) who is not a dependent child of the sponsor or principal applicant;
b) who is not a child to be adopted by the sponsor, or an orphaned brother, sister, nephew, niece or grandchild of the sponor.
2, Sponsor, per application fee: $75，这个应该是必需要交付的；
3，Principal applicant who is 22 years of age or older, or who is married or in a common-law or conjugal relationship, regardles of his or her age. Number of persons: 0 or 1: $475，我想这个也应该是交的；
4，Accompanying family member who is 22 years of age or older or who is married or in a common-law relationship, regardless of his or her age: $550， 问题就在这里，我不知道我到底是应该付第三个还是第四个款项呢？
