如果收到的是解雇金，应该在这问题前的
“Did you work or receive any earnings during the period of this report? This includes work for which you will be paid later, unpaid work or self-employment.”中回答yes。 这个问答，主要是问与工作有关的收入。
而其后的
“Is there any other money that you have not previously told us about, that you received or will receive for the period of this report?”，主要是指你回答前一个问题后，工作之外的收入，比如租金，赠与等。如果你有的话，回答yes。提供一下详情。
从你提供的情况来看，你是误解了。没什么问题的，主要打个电话，说你将解雇金理解成这一项的“其它收入”，解释一下便可。

这个主要是个形式，可以体现你是否在主观意愿上去找工作，而非拿着EI在家里。walk in ,cool call,发简历，网上查找等，都可认为是找工作的方式，从而证明你在每两周汇报中的“Were you ready, willing and capable of working each day, Monday through Friday during each week of this report?” 。 政府大概率不会去电话查证。
你好楼主，想请教个问题，我的父母假ei没有修完就回去工作了，我也去service canada申请停掉ei 并且告诉了回去工作的日子，但已经有两个月了还是有ei的钱往我账户转，不知道会不会有罚款呢？谢谢解答。

谢谢楼主的解答，想请问您说的汇报是指什么呢？我是去到service canada 里面跟工作人员说的，已经明确告诉他要回去工作和具体的时间，工作人员也在电脑上操作了，走时候和我说如果还有ei支票让我寄回，但我是直接打到账户的，当时没反应过来也没继续说。不会罚款，因为你已经告诉它们了。参看如下规定，不知你是否已经作了汇报。

Reasonable job search activities include:

If you started a new EI claim within the last 52 weeks and there are still weeks payable on that claim, we will automatically reactivate (renew) your existing claim.
However, in some cases, it may be to your advantage to cancel or end your old claim earlier and start a new claim, because this may increase the amount of your benefits or the length of your benefit period.
You must decide whether or not to cancel or renew a claim based on your own personal situation.
It is important to consider:
- If your claim is reactivated and you work after the start of that claim, you may be able to establish a new claim when your existing claim runs out.
- In order to establish a new claim you must have enough insurable hours and meet the qualifying conditions for a new claim.
- If a new claim is established instead of reactivating your existing claim, the remaining weeks payable on the existing claim will be lost.
- Additionally, a one-week unpaid waiting period must be served on a new claim before you are entitled to receive payment

You are not usually eligible to receive regular benefits while you are away from Canada. However, you may receive regular benefits if you show that you are available for work in Canada while abroad. You must also notify Service Canada of your travel by filling out a travel form on My Service Canada Account (MSCA) or through your bi-weekly report.
You can be outside Canada for a period of seven consecutive days for the purpose of:
- attending the funeral of a member of your immediate family or a close relative
- accompanying a member of your immediate family to a medical facility, provided that the treatment sought is not readily available in the family member's area of residence in Canada
- visiting a member of your immediate family who is seriously ill or injured
- attending a bona fide job interview
If you indicate that you have taken measures to be reached if an employment opportunity presents itself during your absence and that you are able to return to Canada within 48 hours, we will accept that you have proven your availability.
One measure we take to enforce this rule is to compare EI information with information from the Canada Border Services Agency. If we find you have been out of the country while collecting benefits, we will determine whether you were entitled to receive those benefits. If you were not entitled to receive them, we will calculate how much we overpaid you, and you will then have to repay the benefits.
We may also impose penalties of up to three times your weekly benefit rate or three times the amount of your overpayment. As well, you may have to work more hours or, in the case of fishing benefits, you may need more insurable earnings to qualify for benefits in the future.

我们的information session是2月4日，也就是说我们从1.21开始记录吗 ？如果是的话,是要每天记录直到找到工作或者EI停止发放吗？还有表格后两列
