移民官为什么没算配偶的自考专科分数?

刚接到拒签信,老婆自考大专的分数没有算,资料都齐全的.郁闷,是否要申述,各位给我个意见,谢谢！

做了清华认证，附有成绩单，成绩单上有学分。

Please be kindly advised that Subsection 78(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act requires that selection consideration be given to programs of study including a set number of hours of instruction.

Most probably you did not demonstrate that the program of study undertaken by your spouse by the way of self-taught met the requirements of Subsection 78(1).
