我当年就是作为depedent child来的，拿到签证时25岁，体检以后还被要求补了一次在读学生证明，才拿到签证。拿到签证前都不能工作，不能结婚，不能同居。还有读书的学校必须是高中以上的学校，不能读语言，要有专业。申请父母移民的时间目前看来比较长,可能长达6年，等到父母的申请最后获批，不知道你妹妹到时几岁了？还能满足这些条件吗？

如果递担保时子女未超过22岁而且仍在全日制读书，那即使他25岁时父母才批出，他仍然可以一同拿到签证。
如果递担保时子女已超过22岁但仍在全日制读书（专本以上），这种情况下如果批签证之前使馆获知子女已不再读书，那么这名子女将不获发签证，签证只发给父母。
我想rinchan是属于第二种情况，你兄/姐担保你们的时候你已经超过22岁了。

我们当时特别问过几家的顾问，答复是很清楚的，全日制学生，不结婚不同居，一直由父母抚养是移民全过程的要求。拿到签证前都必须是这个状态。年纪越大查得越严。我当年在读学生证明都交了好几回，隔段时间就要补一次。
