说明：
1，很多内容是从网上转的，做了小小的修改（谢谢原作者，），有一些内容是我自己添加的；
2，若没有特别说明，地图软件都是针对 PPC系统。
3，在北美，PPC系统，可以用TomTom，iGo，iGuidance和Mapopolis；
Windows PC操作系统可以使用iGuidance和Microsoft Streets and Trips 2007

----以下我自己的说明
我的iGuidance安装说明：
1，iGuidance version 3.0 NA文件夹下的iGuidance version 3.0 NA.nrg光盘景象文件，用虚拟光驱软件虚拟后，自动运行安装程序；
2，程序安装过程中，可以选择在Laptop和PPC上安装。若当时PPC没有连接电脑，则PPC连接电脑时，PC上的Microsoft ActiveSync会自动进行安装，但我选择取消，准备用其它的PPC安装程序对PPC进行安装。
程序结束后，在PC桌面上生成两个程序快捷方式：
“iGuidance”：应该是PC版本的iGuidance程序。程序刚安装完，PC里还没有地图文件，暂时不能运行；
和
“iGuidance Map Loader”：应该是地图文件生成器，可以在SD卡和PC本地硬盘分区上生成地图。
3，运行iGuidance Map Loader，在PC的硬盘分区上生成自己需要的地图。我生成全部加拿大的地图，需要200M的空间，美国和加拿大的全境的地图需要2G多的空间。
4，运行iGuidance，就可以进行导航了。

PPC上的安装：
1，把iGuidance 3.0.1 Final文件夹下的iGuidance2003.PPC300_2577.CAB（注意另外一个文件是针对WM 2005系统的安装文件）拷贝到PPC的SD卡上运行，进行iGuidance安装；
2，在PPC上刚安装完iGuidance 3.0.1 Final，运行iGuidance 3.0.1 Final，则会显示没有找到地图；
3，运行iGuidance Map Loader，可以将SD卡插入读卡器中，读卡器插入到PC的USB接口中（例如：在PC上显示H盘），可以将选择的地图生成到H盘中。路径自动为\\SD Card\iNav iGuidance\Maps（不知道修改为其它路径是否可以正常）。然后把SD卡插入PPC中，iGuidance 3.0.1可以正常运行并且找到地图。
若是，在PC上选择将地图生成到“PocketPC Storage Card”，则程序提示找不到；若是PPC通过数据线连接到PC上，应该能找到，但是因为这样读写SD卡速度太慢，所以最终没有测试。
4，iGuidance是以美国的州和加拿大的省为单位，你可以随意选择哪个州或者省来生成地图。感觉iGuidance这点很好，地图可以随意生成，可以针对自己存储卡的大小，针对自己要使用的地方，生成地图。

加拿大地图已更新（part 8 的 90M 版本），POI 信息已经和 tomtom 6 相当 (2006-12-7)

觉得在rapidshare下载不方便的朋友，如果使用ADSL的，可以在下载完一个文件之后，将ADSL断开再连接，这样可以换一个IP地址，再下载第二个文件，这样就不用等待很长时间了。

有关解码器和 igo-patchCF.reg 的问答，在 21 楼。

[安装指南]

1. 去 http://www.mediafire.com/?5mcq89lwg2m 下载软件。这是个最新的（2006年5月30日）版本的xx版，免安装，能够使用所有国家的地图。内含英语语言和语音文件。但英语语言文件有问题，见步骤4。

2. 下载完成并解压之后，找到一个名为iGo的子目录，将这个子目录拷贝到你的CF卡或者SD卡的根目录下。

3. 如果你PDA使用的CF卡名不是 CF Card，或者你使用的是SD卡，根据你的CF/SD卡名，用文本编辑器修改 iGo\igo-patchCF.reg 文件，并保存。
[注意] 经过liukaiba朋友的验证，iGo 2006 不支持中文卡名。有使用中文卡名的朋友，请先改注册表，将中文卡名改成西文。

4. 多个国家的语言文件，可以下载需要的，用附件中的解码器解码后放入 iGo\lang 目录。若使用英语，原有的english_us.zip文件一定要被替换。

[使用感受]

1. 图形界面优良，方便程度和 Tomtom 6 类似，画面比 Tomtom 更精致些。对初次使用者，入门速度比 Tomtom 要慢，但熟悉之后，会觉得设计的相当有道理。

2. 地图缩放速度极快，而且非常平滑，在 VGA 机器上感觉不到延迟，比 Tomtom 强。

3. 导航界面安排得当，能显示当前路名，比 Tomtom 强。

4. 路径规划和重规划能力和Tomtom相当，规划速度似乎更快。在无GPS的情况下，能够规划有多个 waypoints 的路径，例如起点－A－B－C－终点。Tomtom 一定要在有GPS信号的情况下才能使用类似功能，否则在起点和终点之间只能有一个 viapoint。

5. Tomtom 在网络支持的情况下，能够接收实时路况，并可以根据路况重规划路径。iGo 无此功能。

6. 地址寻找能力和 Tomtom 相当。输入法和tomtom几乎一样。

7. Fly over 功能和 Tomtom 的 Demo 功能相当。

8. 使用的地图和 Tomtom 一样，都是来自 Tele Atlas。但是存贮格式不一样，iGo 的压缩率比 Tomtom 的高很多，所有的地图信息包括POI都在一个压缩的fbl文件中。多个地图可以自动拼接，不需要手工切换地图，既灵活又节省空间，比 Tomtom 强。

9. POI 能力比 Tomtom 弱，不能雷达告警。令我最不满意的是加拿大地图的POI数据库极小，几乎没有什么用，居然连Hotel都没有。不过我估计欧洲和美国的POI应该还可以。因为法国、德国的fbl都有150M以上，而加拿大的fbl只有50M。欧洲的朋友试用过后，请回帖评价一下。

10. 导航的语音播报能力和 Tomtom 相当，不罗嗦，也不会不提示。音量调节范围比 Tomtom 的大。能够选择的语音种类比 Tomtom 少，没有中文语音。

11. 程序启动速度好像比 Tomtom 6 略快，运行相当稳定，随便折腾没问题，从未遇到过死机，从未感到响应有任何迟滞。

12. 路径记录功能很好用，个人数据能够导入和导出。

总结：除了POI能力稍弱和不能接收实时路况之外，其它方面和 Tomtom 6 比起来只强不弱。Tomtom 要加油了！

题外话：现在 Tomtom 在台湾已经随着 Asus P535 发布了中文版，看来进军大陆指日可待，估计其它国外导航软件厂商也快速跟进。只要能够拿到最新地图，售价合适，国产软件日子就难过了。国产的导航软件就更要加油了！

由于 MioMap V3 之后，软件就使用 iGo 2006了，所以地图啊什么的都是通用的。http://www.mio-tech.be/updates/miomap 这个目录是可以随便浏览的，但是 mio-tech 使用编码器对地图、语言和语音进行了编码，所以一定要解码后才能使用。

1. 我不喜欢用 setup 安装，因为在 WM 2003SE 中会将程序装到内存里去。cracks 子目录下的东西不要去管， igo子目录下的 igo.exe 和 license.db 已经是xx过的了。如果要用亚洲地图，license.db 要用 1 楼附件替换。

2. 我估计你没有仔细看安装步骤的3，没有修改 igo-patchCF.reg 这个文件的内容。比如你 SD 卡的名字是 “SD Card”，那注册文件中的地图路径就要改成这个样子：
"MapDir"="\\CF card\\igo\\maps" ----> "MapDir"="\\SD card\\igo\\maps" ， 其它的类似。

3. 修改好，保存后，要按照安装步骤10，在 PDA 上用 Resco Explorer 导入 igo-patchCF.reg 后，才能运行。

4. 如果你的卡名里有中文，例如 “SD 卡”，修改成 "MapDir"="\\SD 卡\\igo\\maps" 后，导入，运行igo.exe，程序还是找不到路径，说明iGo 2006不支持中卡名。那你就需要通过修改注册表来改卡名了。

5. 解码器是通用的，不光用来解地图，还可以解语言和语音文件。解压后，可以参照 manual.txt 批处理运行，也可以单独手工运行。假定你已经打开一个 DOS 窗口，在当前目录下有解码软件 MioMapDecode.exe, english_us.zip 和一个存放解码后文件的子目录 new，你可以这样解码：
MioMapDecode english_us.zip new
在 new 子目录下，就会有一个解过码的 english_us.zip 。实际上，解码器的命令行格式如下：
MioMapDecode <待解码文件名> <解码后存放文件的目录名>



地图不用切换，你在进入 Menu -> Address 后，在右上角点击三次，你就可以选择你需要的国家或地区了。

有没有电脑上的北美详细地图啊？类似Google地图的，好在没有网络的地方也能用。
