Job Posting Production Worker

Canadian Autoparts Toyota Inc. (CAPTIN), one of the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Companies, is a progressive, technically advanced wheel manufacturing plant, located in Delta. We are currently looking for Production Workers in our Manufacturing department. This position is a 3 month contract to start and requires shift work.

Job Responsibilities:

Overall
Perform tasks in Casting or Finishing department by following standardized work procedures

Safety
Follow and promote the company’s safety rules and perform safety checks on equipment before starting work
Report unsafe conditions immediately
Follow and promote 5S standards

Quality
Perform quality checks and ensure that all wheels meet quality standards at their respective gates
Report and stop all quality problems

Qualifications:
Education
High school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience
Manufacturing/Production experience preferred but not required

Required Skills and Abilities:
Good manual dexterity including good finger dexterity, arm/wrist speed, and good hand/eye coordination
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to lift at least 50 lbs
Able to read, write and communicate in English

暑期短工，天体海滩卖热狗和饮料，时薪$9[FONT=新明]，加小费，包膳食，上下[/FONT]500[FONT=新明]梯级，沙滩搬运，正好锻链体魄！[/FONT]

I am looking for a strong, friendly, worker to sell from my food booth on Wreck Beach, by UBC. To reach the beach you go down 500 stairs and back up again at the end of the day, which is sunset. The job entails setting up and taking down a food booth every workday. Carrying equipment over sand. You need to be strong for this. Cooking hotdogs to order on a barbeque. Selling beverages. Food safe certificate mandatory.

This is on Wreck Beach which is a clothing optional beach. We are weather dependant - meaning cold cloudy, rainy days offer no work. June was poor for work, July looks much better. Season is over end of September, although September might be weekend work only - depends on the weather.

Wage is $9/hour plus tips and meals.
