Toyo Tire Canada is hiring for an experienced warehouse worker at our Richmond, BC distribution center.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES​

- Responsible for flow of product in and out of tire warehouse as delegated by supervisor
- Inventory control, accuracy of recording data and understanding of basic computer skills
- Follow and implement company rules and procedure
- Pick and verify orders
- Unload/load containers and trailers
- Label pallets and shipments
- Respond and serve customers
- Ensure packaging slip and bill of landing are duly signed before tires are shipped
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- All other duties as assigned​

QUALIFICATIONS​

- Physically fit, able to lift up to 60 lbs repetitiously
- Able to multi task in sometimes fast paced environment. Prioritize responsibilities
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Strong forklift and stand up order picker skills
- Certification on fork lift required but not mandatory, will certify right applicant
- Read and speak English effectively
- Previous experience in a warehouse is mandatory
- Strong worth ethic & teamwork skills​

WORKING CONDITIONS​

- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, occational overtime required
- Position requires between 35-40 hour work weeks (4-5 days per week)
- Medical, Dental, Vision benefits upon passing probation
- Able to work overtime during peak season
- Able to work one Saturday every quarter (3 months)​

Liberté, a growing dairy company that prides itself on customer service, is currently looking for a Warehouse Team Member to work in our Richmond, BC location. For over 65 years our company has been providing customers with high quality cultured dairy products. We have an extensive variety of organic products as well as a variety of natural yogurts, cream cheese spreads, pressed cottage cheeses and sour creams. All Liberté products are certified kosher. Along with our manufactured products, we also distribute a variety of both dairy and non-dairy products which are of the highest quality and many of which are organic products.


WAREHOUSE RESPONSIBILITIES - Will be working in a Refrigerated/Freezer Warehouse Environment

• Pick accurate orders in a timely manner
• Receive product in a timely fashion, ensuring product integrity, accurate record keeping, and following procedures
• Work in a safe manner at all times ensuring safety is number 1 priority
• Work independently, as well as part of a team to ensure accurate orders are picked, wrapped and loaded on trucks in proper sequence
• Must wear steel toed footwear daily
• Ensure work area is kept clean at all times
• Conduct cycle counts and month end inventory
• Product rotation
• Building sanitation required as directed

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must
