请问一下，曼省投资移民，登陆后先在温哥华或多伦多入境后，逗留几天再去曼省温尼伯，可以吗？谢谢。。。

1.是不是2011年开始曼省留学生不需要工作经验毕业就可以移民？
2.红河学院怎么样？好毕业吗？目前什么专业相对来说比较好找工作？什么专业长久来说工作都会好找一点？
3.是不是找到工作以后都可以移民？
4.如果我是去上专科的话好找工作吗？好移民吗？
5.请问温尼伯的消费水平如何？节省一下每月大概多少？
6.是不是现在有个经验类移民，只需要工作一年就可以拿到绿卡？拿到绿卡的几率大概在多少呢？

红河学院号线主要是职业学院吧，我侄女就在那个学校，但比曼大差不少
3.是不是找到工作以后都可以移民？
可以申请移民，但能不能成功我就不清楚了
4.如果我是去上专科的话好找工作吗？好移民吗？
这个说不好，主要是找到工作更容易移民吧
5.请问温尼伯的消费水平如何？节省一下每月大概多少？
在加拿大城市中算低的，每月1000～2000左右
6.是不是现在有个经验类移民，只需要工作一年就可以拿到绿卡？拿到绿卡的几率大概在多少呢？
这个主要是联邦技术移民的一类

以前是省里拒绝后半年才可申请，现在什么规定不清楚

必须要在曼省有亲属，光这一条就把曼省提名技术移民的路都堵死了，就没别的办法吗，走投资移民时间又太长

今天把该公证的材料交给了公证处，该翻译的材料也给了翻译公司。
有几个填MAPP,SCHEDULE 1表时遇到的问题想请教Tercel，不知能否得到您的email address？主要是问题有些私人化呀。

该类为雇主担保类，也就是在曼省有雇主雇佣你。让你的亲戚开出雇佣你的证明即Job offer。该类是优先审理类。

I’ve been studying from you during DIY to Manitoba as a skilled worker on General stream in the talking bar. So you are not a stronger for me. I meet some difficulties on filling up the schedules. Could you please give me some advice?
MAPP:
1. Language ability:
English self-assessed score: 8(IELTS overall 6)
Have you studied English as a foreign language or as a second language? YES
Hours of instruction: 48 hours for IELTS
2. Settlement Funds:
Net worth: cash + real estate.
Is the real estate including the value of my apartment? It’s assessed by an authority company. And must this net worth equal item 4(funds) from imm0008 4e?
3. We don’t have a representative. Should I fill up MAPP schedule 3? If need, who should sign as the witness?
Im0008e-1 schedule 1 background/declaration:
1. Item 9: The applicant have been refused visa to Australia and Canada as a visiting scholar many years ago but later have visited these two countries. Could I provide details of successful visas as well as refusals?
2. Item 11: activity
The spouse is a civil servant and a division director. Which is better to fill up, former or second?
3. Item 13: level of jurisdiction
Is it meaning the grade/rank of our bureau?

用Foxit PDF Editor打开该文件就可直接编辑。不过，官网上的pnpkit0909有密码，你的先去掉密码才行。pnpkit0909上的一些表格过时且不清楚，除了MAPP表格外，你可上CIC网站上下载5046等表格，可以用adobe professional软件直接编辑

Thanks to Tercel. It's very kind of you to give me advice so professionally.
But I'm still a little upset if I answer all questions "No". Don't you think they may search my record on worknet and find my false information provided?
Maybe it's a joke. I was suspected to have immigration possibility to Canada ten years ago, actually I didn't have the intention at that time. Now I'm trying to do so.
I'll try my best. God will do the rest.

在职硕士学位，教育部认证。报告中有completed program from 2000 to 2002,能算2年的formal education吗？成绩单上开的只有32个学分共计5百多个学时。
