Hi everyone,
H&H TaiChi Studio is opening in Saskatoon soon!
The class will hopefully start in two weeks in Saskatoon Field House.
Let's have HEALTH & HAPPINESS with TAI CHI!
Tai Chi is a type of traditional Chinese martial art and a Chinese national treasure. It integrates the physical external and the meditative internal. As a physical activity, Tai Chi helps keep the mind and body healthy. With slow, soft and moderate movement, it improves balance, coordination, and strengthens bones and muscles, as well as works on the nervous, cardiovascular, and respiratory system. It is suitable for people of all ages.
We are now surveying those who are interested in learning Tai Chi with us. Would you please take a moment to tell us your times available, preferred fee range, etc.? We value our students, so we will arrange for Tai Chi classes to satisfy the most people. We will also offer one free lesson to those who give us feedback.
If you are interested in learning/practicing Tai Chi with us, please just answer the following simple questions by highlighting your choices and specifying if need, and email back to "helenhou9@gmail.com". We will contact you upon receiving your reply.
