停车罚单交钱的期限

昨天去交罚单的钱，银行职员说我过了30天，他们很可能已经寄了新的调整的罚单出来，意思是有滞纳金。 但我还是按原金额先交了。

这种罚单到底有没有交款期限，是多长？有滞纳金吗？ 罚单上只说如果30天之内不回复和不交钱，就默认认罪。

再仔细看罚单吧，记得有滞纳金的，记得是银行的利息，不算高。

再仔细看，有下面两段话：

Payment of ....., within the above mentioned delay (30 days), will put an end to these proceedings and avoid you any further costs....

If you wish to plead guilty to this offence, you must pay the total amount of ....., otherwise additional costs may be charged.

WARNING:
If you do not enter a plea or do not pay the total amount of the ....., you will be deemed to have entered a plea of not guilty. Proceedings will be tried, in your absence, and judgement rendered without further notice...


前两段话还好理解。最后一段话不太理解，如果没有交钱，认为我不认罪？ 而且还proceedings.. without notice?

希望像楼上说的，只是少量利息。。
